The Implementation of Distance Higher Education Policy

چکیده
The policy tools for implementing services citizens to increase capacity, competence, and qualifications through distance higher education (DHE) are widely accessible. It is however unclear which methods the Government uses can use implement these DHE policies operationally immediately obtain benefits. Furthermore, opportunities continue limited, as evidenced by low gross participation rate (APK). This around 34.5% due factors such policymakers’ commitment, implementers’ ability, inequality of access, public knowledge about DHE. Information technology a tool that has substantial systemic constructive impact on dedicated students. also affects continuity Government, House Representatives, academics.
